*NAR's Board of Directors approved a change to the Code of Ethics training requirement, extending it from every two years to every three years. This extends the current cycle deadline from Dec. 31, 2020, to Dec. 31, 2021.

2021 is an ETHICS YEAR.
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) mandates every REALTOR® must complete at least 2.5 hours of ethics every three (3) years to maintain your membership, due Dec 31, 2021. If this Ethics course requirement is not met, membership rights, privileges, and services will be suspended on Jan. 1 until the requirement is met.
