This year's Annual Meeting & Election will feature

• Vote to change (yellow marked area below) the Bylaws:  Article X: Section 3. Dues Payable

•  Dues for all Members who joined prior to December 31, 2008 shall be payable annually in advance of the first day of November. If dues are not received in CFR’s office before January February 1, the non-paying member is automatically terminated from membership effective December January 31.

  Why?  Extending the deadline for dues gives members more time to pay their annual dues before termination occurs. Members who do not pay by midnight December 31st  will be charged a late fee of $100 on January 1st compared to a reinstatement fee of $150.
