CapeFear.Realtor - Cape Fear REALTORS®

Over 20 Cape Fear REALTORS® members, staff, and partners unloaded 8,000 pounds of non-perishable food this morning at Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard. The event was the culmination of the annual, year long Feed ILM campaign during which REALTORS® collected money and food donations to benefit the local food pantry.

3 ways you can help:

1. Donate Food 
   One meal equals a little over one pound of food (19 oz)
   Drop items off at the Cape Fear REALTORS® office.
   
   Items needed:
   • Healthy soup
     
   • Whole grain pasta
     
   • Canned Veg
     
   • Brown Rice
     
   • Whole-grain cereal
     
   • Canned and dried beans.
     
   • Packaged Fruit
     
   • Mac-n-Cheese
     
   • Juice Boxes
     
   • Individual drinks
     
   • Personal hygiene items (D.O., razors, shampoo/conditioner, adult diapers, toothpaste/brushes)
     
   • Pads & Tampons
     
     
2. Donate Funds
   A $25 donation will feed a family for one day.  
   

   Help us reach our goal of feeding a family for the 2021 year. CFR will match the first $1,000 raised!

3. Donate Time
   One volunteer hour equates to roughly 15 meals provided.
