PROPOSED CLOSING DATE

UrgentNews 500
You will get fined!
...
if the proposed closing date is in the past.
Proposed closing dates DO NOT have to match that contract you signed with your clients!!!

Proposed closing date errors:  These fines are generated when the date entered in the “proposed closing date” field, is a date in the past. The proposed closing date field cannot contain a date in the past. If a property does not close on the estimated proposed closing date the agent/office staff simply need to go in and enter a new proposed closing date that is in the future. If the property still does not close on the new proposed closing date for whatever reason, the reason doesn’t matter, the agent/ office staff must go back into the listing and enter a new proposed closing date that exist in the future.

Courtesy notice: If a proposed closing date is in the past the system will send an email instructing the agent to fix the error. If the agent does not fix the error (enter a proposed closing date the exists in the future) the agent will be fined. These fines will escalate and can lead to a suspension if the error is not corrected.
