New ShowingTime Features & Enhancements Improve Member Services

WILMINGTON, N.C. (August 13, 2015) - ShowingTime, the Wilmington MLS's showing appointment technology partner, has been hard at work to improve its system performance and fix some issues that will ultimately make members more efficient. In particular, the substantial upgrades to the ShowingCart functionality have been a tremendous value. ShowingTime also offers an impressive statistical report for the month of July.

NEW SHOWINGCART FEATURES

Below are the most recent new features and product improvements:

1. Mobile ShowingCart Tour View (v2 – Route Map) – A map has been added to the buyer’s tour of mobile ShowingCart which will help agents see their planned showing route. Agents can get directions to each stop from their current location, see their appointment status and get additional details such as showing instructions and access details for their confirmed appointments.

2. ShowingCart Notes & Appointment Statuses – Agents can now manage all of their appointments, whether they are configured for online scheduling or not, within ShowingCart. When an agent adds a listing which is not accepting online appointments through ShowingTime, the showing agent will have an option to enter and manage their own appointment status. This makes it easy for agents to keep track of all of their appointments in one place. Showing agents can also add and edit private notes for each appointment for their own personal use.

3. Agent Profile Linking – Through the agent’s desktop view of their profile, agents can search for other profiles that may belong to them and link them together. This is ideally used for agents who belong to more than one MLS. When their ShowingTime profiles are linked, the agent will have easy access to all of their appointments, listings and reports with just one ShowingTime login.

 

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed an issue when pressing “Go” to add a co-lister through the mobile showing instructions worksheet was not working.
2. Fixed an issue where adding a co-lister to a listing through the mobile showing instructions worksheet did not automatically enter their contact details.
3. Fixed an issue where the back button on Android devices did not work.
4. Fixed an issue on reports that were displaying time stamps incorrectly.
