WRAR Office Phones Service Update – Inbound Calls Issue

WILMINGTON, N.C. (August 13, 2014) - Some members have recently experienced difficulty calling into the WRAR Office and being able to hear Staff answer their call. We apologize for this inconvenience.

These occurrences are being caused by an Internet managed service issue with one of the nation's largest Internet backbone providers. The issue is causing Internet traffic delays, which are unfortunately impacting the quality of service for WRAR's Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) Phone Service.

The providers are aware of the issue and are doing everything they possibly can to resolve the problem. Currently, the problems seem to be confined to the East Coast. In order to reach WRAR Staff efficiently until this issue is fixed, please utilize the following contact methods:
