The module will save your progress as long as you come back to it using the same computer and same browser as when you started it.

You MUST complete this Online Orientation within 30 days of today’s date. Failing to complete the course within 30 days of the notice will result in your becoming a non-REALTOR®; a reinstatement fee of $150 applies. In the meantime, our membership staff will be in touch to confirm your application status, schedule you for the next available New Member Reception, send you completion reminders, and help you in any other way possible. Failure to attend New Member Reception the first time will result in a $50 fine.

Important Note: When you reach Chapter 2 of NAR’s portion of this module on REALTOR® Professionalism, you will cover some content about the Code of Ethics. Please do not take NAR’s offering of Online Ethics Training. You will take your Ethics Training with us live in-person the day of your New Member Reception.

Letter from The President: Proposed Merger with Duplin-Sampson Association

Since December 2014, the WRAR Board of Directors has carefully considered a merger with the Duplin-Sampson Association of REALTORS® (DSAR).  The impetus for such action is derived from the new Core Standards which the National Association of REALTORS® adopted last year.

These Core Standards require significant changes in the operational responsibilities of every REALTOR® Association across our country.  Collaboratively, WRAR and DSAR leadership believe it is in the best interest of both organizations to advance the Plan of Merger linked below.

For just $25.00 per member/per case, you can provide a Wilmington family with 24 canned food items. Doing so also prevents you from having to bring at least one (1) non-perishable food item to each non-education WRAR event this year.

This option also acts as a tax deductible contribution via the Wilmington REALTORS® Foundation and can be billed to your member account. Passes may be purchased at any event check-ins or at the WRAR Office Front Desk. Food items will be donated monthly to the local emergency food pantry called Mother Hubbard's Cupboard.
