Have You Taken Your Ethics Training?

Have you taken your ETHICS TRAINING? (Follow these easy steps to find out!)

The current two-year cycle began January 1, 2017 and will end Dec. 31, 2018.  You must have completed this ethics course once, within the two-year cycle ending December 31, 2018!

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within two-year cycle. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS®. This course fulfills that requirement and it explains the areas where NC Law and NCREC Rules differ from the Code of Ethics. When do you obey each?
